We are currently doing a randomized control study and will have the results when they are available. In the meantime, please review Symphony's clinical evidence here.

Why did you make these changes?

Since launching Pump In Style® with MaxFlow™, we’ve been listening to mom and HCP feedback, which have given us the insights to further improve and enhance Pump In Style® Pro to better deliver on mothers’ needs. By listening to feedback and incorporating the clinically proven pumping curve, moms can maintain a milk supply and breastfeed longer.

Where can moms purchase the new Pump In Style® Pro?

Pump In Style® Pro is exclusively available through insurance and WIC at this time.

Can moms use their Symphony breast pump parts with the new Pump In Style® Pro?

Moms can easily use the properly fitted breast shields from their Symphony kits with the Pump In Style® Pro. Our 105-degree breast shields are clinically proven to deliver 11.8% more milk. In the hospital, lactation consultants can ensure a proper fit using the available shields. Plus, all Medela breast shields are compatible with every Medela pump kit, giving parents the confidence that they are using the right shield size for their pump at home.
